Central terrace

Although located in the vicinity of Torres Bermejas and very close to the Alhambra, the Carmen does not repeat models of Nasrid architecture. Only some decorative elements, such as the lattices of the terrace or central patio, vaguely recall Hispano-Muslim types. Most of the ornamentation is entrusted to historical specimens, of all periods and styles, recovered from old demolished buildings and freely set in the new factory, in contrast with large plain white wall panels.

From this terrace it is possible to contemplate a good part of the garden, as well as a wide panoramic view of the city of Granada and its Vega. From this courtyard there is also access to the interior of the building through an elegant semicircular arch and a double staircase.
