Law 19/2013 of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, and Law 1/2014 of June 24, on Public Transparency of Andalusia regulate transparency, in its double aspect of active publicity and right of access to public information, as an instrument to facilitate the knowledge by the citizenship of the activity of the entities with public funding, promoting the responsible exercise of such activity and the development of a full citizen and democratic conscience. Within the framework of this legislation, the Fundación Pública Andaluza Rodríguez-Acosta will make available to the public the Transparency Portal, in which detailed information on the following areas will be provided:
- Public Employment.
- Planning, evaluation and statistics.
- Economic and budgetary information.
- Contracts, agreements and grants.
