Bacchus Garden

Presiding over this space is a Roman sculpture, the oldest in the garden, probably representing the god Bacchus. Behind it, an exedra of columns seems to be inspired by those of the Villa Adriana in Tivoli (Italy). The fountains and the volumes of cypress trimmed with a fully architectural sense have the same classic air. Among the cypresses on the south side there is a Renaissance baptismal font reused as a fountain.
